Consumerdata's integrated service is built upon two independant products; RSscan and CDreporting.
RSscan
RScan is a remote document scanning product, used in conjunction with a Windows PC and Scanner. Designed for use at client premises, RSscan removes the need to phyiscally send paper documents to Consumerdata for processing. To achieve this, RSscan combines document scanning with integrated email and ftp clients.
Loading a document into the scanner automatically starts RSscan, which groups the scanned images into batches, transfers them to Consumerdata's offices via ftp or email and then sends batch details via email.
CDreporting
CDreporting is a hosted reporting service available to clients. It can handle data from various sources including scanned CSQs, online surveys or client-provided data feeds.
Clients can choose from various reporting options including:
- drill down
- comment browsing
- league table
- dashboard
- charts
Further bespoke reports can also be integrated to provide a custom reporting environment specific to each individual client's needs. This reporting suite is hosted on Consumerdata's servers, removing any requirement for clients to invest in additional hardware or software licences.
